Our order was despatched to us very promptly but the rug was the wrong size, we immediately telephoned the Rug Company and explained to them the error which they made, after looking into the matter they apologized for the error and that they would order the correct rug size and advise us in due course. Within 48 hours we received a phone call from the Rug Company., again apologizing for the error and that the replacement rug would be with us the following day and that we were to hand over to the courier the incorrect rug. We are very impressed with the service we received.
