The Rug is of good quality and looks good.
The problem I had was with UPS, the delivery company used by The Rug Seller, as I waited an entire day in a brand new, empty house for the rug to arrive, only to be told that the rug had actually been loaded onto an incorrect truck, and would only be delivered the following day! I got no updates all day although I had requested delivery updates. I phoned twice during the day and all they could say to me was that the rug was on its way, which actually, it was not!
