I am very happy with my rug and it looks exactly as on the detailed photos on the website. My only observation is that it would be nice to have an information sheet with the rug that tells you how to clean it and keep it generally in good condition. I know there is a section on the website, but it is fairly general and individual to the purchase would be great. I emailed and then rang to get the answer, which was well handled. Thank you.
