Hi, I ordered 3 rugs from you and am very disappointed with them. They are nothing like the ones on your website with look neat and lovely colours. Mine are scruffy to say the least, totally different colours than shown, in my opinion they spoil the room. there is also too much white and with a Labrador they already are looking grubby. I bought some beautiful rugs from you about 4 years ago, excellent quality, but I shall thin twice before I buy again. Yours extremely disappointed, Isabel.
