This should have been a one star but the quality and good vslue of the rugs has bumped it up. Do not order if you are in a hurry! I waited weeks! I e mailed them three times and got no response at all. When I threatened to cancel my irder of nearly £400, then I received a text saying delivery would be in 2 days - which it was. I did get an e mail apology for the delay after delivery had been made.
