I'm giving the 3 starts because the rug was way delayed by almost 5 weeks. At first I was happy because they updated me why it will be delayed but then there was no communication and when I called for an updated I was given wrong information. However the last assistant (Sarah) I spoke to was very helpful. Although I was not happy to wait for such a long time, it was worth the wait as the rug is so nice and looks perfect in my house.
