We had a custom rug made, after the last date of expected delivery we still hadn't heard anything since ordering many months previously, we made a call and the rug was delivered in the next couple of days which makes me think it had been sitting in storage and forgotten about. However the rug is beautiful and we got it in the end! I love the selection at The Rug Seller
