Your service is good, but I still maintain that colours online appear different to the physical product. Even if you charged £3-£5 for samples it would help those of us that are remote. I did keep one of my two choices and I'm very happy but a handsized sample would have helped me immensely.
An auto link with your carrier to return an item at a customers' expense would also be very convenient and would get a thumbs up from me and an overall rating of VG.
And mustn't forget the special thanks to Sophie for the human touch :-). Don't lose that.
