I received the rug seller's rug - retro insignia (charcoal), very pleased with the quick delivery but as you described the rug as charcoal and on the website looked dark grey with charcoal words on it, Unfortunately it was brown and beige and does not go with the décor of my bedroom. Very pleased with the quality of the rug unfortunately It will cost me to much money to send the rug back to you, so I will have to see if I can sell it,
My advice to the Rug Seller is to describe the colours as brown/beige with charcoal writing on the rug.
