Was slightly confused about the "next available morning delivery" as thought it meant next day delivery and therefore had to wait far longer for my rug, about 8/9 days. I paid the extra £10 on top of the price for the rug and was not happy with that.
The rug itself is shedding as normal but will need to be hoovered every other day as lots of shedding is occurring.
I would like to think I would order again but will wait to see how many more days my rug needs hoovering and will definitely not pay another £10 charge as I feel I was slightly misled.
