I ordered 2 rugs to go in the same room & they were completely different colours. One of the rugs had an obvious stain & two areas where the weave was damaged.
Also I ordered the rugs over the phone as I couldn't complete payment online. Despite the fact that both rugs had anti-slip material already the customer service rep allowed me to order anti-slip mats. It would have been good customer service to have at least queried this with me & I obviously wouldn't have ordered them. I had to call twice to arrange collection.
