Deliver etc was fine. The quality of the runner how ever was very poor. We are two adults living in the house, we had the runner laying in the hallway - bear in mind we don't wear shoes inside - and yet the runner already have threads hanging out and being all loopy. Wasn't the most expensive one but surely a £50 runner should last longer then a week...
