I ordered a rug which in all fairness came within two days. I was very disappointed with the quality as it had a fault where the colour of one yarn bled over into a contrasting colour. However, I contacted The Rug Seller and it was agreed that they would accept the return. I was requested to use a national carrier, which I did that cost in excess of £12.00 and I was alerted by them that the rug had been safely returned. I am presently awaiting The Rug Seller to contact me that my refund has been completed by them.
