The only reason for ticking "good" rather than "very good" is that I found the courier service really bad. The delivery was supposed to have been for the following day (Friday) but the courier went to the wrong house. I eventually received the rug on the following Monday, pm.
Other than that I have no complaints whatsoever. The rug colours matched the photograph and the quality was good. I would buy from Rug Seller again.
