The rug is very nice. Seems good quality, thick and well constructed. However, the delivery was awful. The company used UK Mail which simply could not deliver without a lot of time being wasted and a number of phone calls. I would suggest the rug seller considers its options fas we would like to order more rugs but cannot until they have a different, reliable, delivery partner.
