The service from the Rug Seller was good, The product though has proved useless.
We need to stop a rug moving on a paved floor, and a rug on top of the larger one. Neither situation was improved at all by using the underlay, and after washing it ( which was said to be possible) there was no "stickability" left at all. A total waste of money.
