Hello. We are pleased with our rug. However, it really smelt for the first couple of days! Not sure if it was because it was stuck in plastic! Thankfully it has gone now. We also received no notification that the rug had arrived - my husband happened to notice a package in our front garden - no note through the door or email to say it had arrived!
