buying the rug was easy and no problem actually the delivery of the rug was impossible , UPS must be the worst delivery company in existence , after emailing and many phones calls to UPS in the Philippines....... what a joke and Rug Seller cust service .....I gave up and cancelled and now getting a refund , and have actually gone somewhere else and got the same rug £6 cheaper , how UPS stay in business is a mystery to me , sending out emails saying the rug has been delivered then it has not then tomorrow then tomorrow then 3 days later still no rug not even sure where it is........ sorry state of affairs to do business like this , taught me a lesson if I buy again from online I will ask who delivers the item .
