I have shown you as "Good" to grade the product which was very good value. My frustration stemmed from the information provided by your Customer Services. Before placing the order I was told that the rug was in stock and should be with me in about three days - the rug was finally delivered After four telephone calls, on the tenth working day. Gather the rug was in the wrong storage facility and there was a problem with the transport etc. Nice people but a lot of misleading information.
