The runner I ordered lived up to expectations, lovely colours and good thick pile underfoot. However, the courier service was awful. There is no delivery time so you have to stay in all day, how practical is that? You can try to change the delivery date, good luck with that, because I was on a permanent loop, I spend over 40 minuets trying to get a change of date, with no luck and you get a prerecording that you can’t get out of. Love the rugs and runners from this company but until they change their couriers my next rug will come from elsewhere!
