Unfortunately the first rug I ordered looked nothing like the on line picture. Very disappointed that i had to pay for courier return despite I contacting company and explaining this whilst also stating I had ordered a replacement (which cost twice as much) and did not get a response!
I am still waiting for my second order 8 days after I placed the order! Don't think I will be using company again!
