Rug came the day after it was ordered, very impressive... however it was damaged. I called and was asked to take a photo of the damage which I did and was advised that I would get a call back. I didn't receive a call so I called again and was told that a new rug would be delivered the next day and the damaged rug taken away at the same time. Very impressed again. However no rug delivery or collection the next day (which was a Friday). I tried to ring late afternoon but the office was closed until Monday. I rang on Monday and received a sincere apology and was asked when it would be convenient to deliver, I asked for the next day and it arrived. The rating would have been very good but for the failure to deliver on the day specified.
