Purchased two rugs and am very happy with the product and price. However, I had no contact from anyone until a delivery driver phoned to say he would be arriving in half an hour. Confirmation that order was being processed, despatched and some indication of delivery date would be most helpful and would have resulted in 5 stars. Keep the customer informed please.
