Generally i like the rug. quick delivery well packaged but once rolled out one edge appears like it's been chewed the threads aren't nice and plush like the opposite side, looks mangled and spoils the whole effect. I really can't be bothered 're packaging to send it back but it makes me doubt if I'd buy again from the rug seller
