The rug was ordered to complete our preparations for Xmas, but we were advised there would be a delay (Much better customer service than to just deliver late). As it turned out, the rug arrived just before Xmas and it was exactly as described. So, a little late, but worth holding on for. Would I recommend these guys..............absolutely.
