Two rugs ordered and payed for in October 2017 only to be sent an e-mail 2days after the order saying the rugs were out of stock and due back in stock the 1st week of December. The first 3 weeks in December went by with no sign of the rugs ordered. Rang and spoke numerous staff who all gave me different dates of when I would be receiving these. Then on 19/12/17 rang The rug seller again to be told the rugs had been despatched. When I received the confirmation e-mail I noticed there was only the small rug despatched, so I again I rang The Rug Seller to say the large rug wasn't on the despatch notice. They told me that the supplier had sent the wrong rug so they were having to wait for the right one to be despatched to me. The large rug was despatched to me and received it on the 23/12/2017. Meanwhile the smaller rug still hasn't been received and seems to be lost in transit. Can't get in touch with Rugseller as they are on the Christmas break, e-mailed the carrier UPS but they can't seem to track it either. I doubt if this rug has ever left the Rugseller warehouse. A complete shambles . Will be taking further action . Paid over a hundred pounds for a rug I haven't yet got, which has been ordered since October! Would not deal nor recommend this company to friends and family . Very very disappointed !
