'Just like on the tin', -the rug matched the description and picture, service was prompt and the courier took care to leave the rugs with a neighbour as we were out when it was delivered. Could anything be improved- possbly knowing when the rugs would be delivered, but I appreciate that may have been i the control of the courier rather than The Rug Seller Limited. Overall - very satisified.
