Rug has finally arrived and looks fine.However I paid for a Saturday delivery costing £20, the rug was delivered midweek whilst I was away for a few days. Fortunately my elderly neighbours took delivery which was exactly what I wanted to avoid due to the rug's size and weight.I would appreciate if the £20 can be credited back on to my credit card.
