I love the rug however I order and payed for the rug but it was out of stock and I got an email saying it would be back in stock on the 15/01/18 and would be dispatched on the 22/01/18 however the a week later I still had not receive th rug and rang the man on the phone was very helpful and said that the wrong email had been sent and it should have said the 15/02/18 I was fine with this as I had been given information. The man on the phone also told me that because of the trouble that they would ring me to arrange a delivery time that would suit me however this did not happen so the first time it was delivered I missed it as I was at work.
