Really quick delivery, really nice rug. The person I spoke to on the phone was also really helpful.
The biggest advantage is that they are UK based. There are companies selling as .co.uk with UK numbers e.g. iRugs.co.uk based outside the UK, so when you need to return the rug, you have to pay to return to Switzerland or to the US which is expensive.
If you buy from a UK company so you are protected by UK Law and the returns are cheaper. But this looks lovely on my wooden floor so I am keeping it!
