Positives were that the company were able to deliver very quickly, ordered Tuesday delivered Friday.
Returns were well organised.
BUT they couldn't come up with the goods.
Huge disappointment was receiving wrong rug. How can that go wrong?
So a great waste of time and energy and special trip to deliver the rug to the nearest dispatch outlet.
Did think of reordering but lost faith and wont recommend.
Will be interesting to see how long refunds take.
