Very happy with the rugs, quality is good and as described, also customer services were polite and helpful (though not always easy to get hold of). Only giving 4 stars because delivery wasn't made on the due date and I had to contact for an update. I was sceptical about the revised delivery date and advice that I would be contacted to arrange delivery however Rugseller were true to their word. Downside was that they use UPS whose tracking tool is a joke and we received no info from them on the day, just as well my partner was able to wait in. So overall pretty happy, just a couple of glitches.
