Order handling and delivery was fast & efficient, however the rugs received each had surface flaws. The larger blue one had 3 beige ends protruding through the blue to the top surface and the beige rug also had one similar flaw. However as I just required them for my Beach Hut I chose not to return them as they are large heavy items. I do feel your inspection of these rugs should be investigated as I would not have accepted them if they were for my home. I would have regarded them as seconds but not priced or sold as seconds.
