The order and delivery was okay but unfortunately the design of the rug has an aberration on it which I only noticed after I cut off the tags. Also I bought a hug rug from Lakeland the exact same size but different design and that seemed much thicker than this one. This one is shedding cotton whereas the one I got from Lakeland is not (though bought earlier)
