The ordering service was first class & the person who took my order was very helpful. The big let down was the delivery service !. I was informed that my order would be delivered between 7.30 am & 6.30 pm which meant staying in for 11 hours. In fact my order wasn't delivered until 7.20 pm. Contrast that with 4 orders from other stores who deliver using DPD as their couriers. DPD e-mail their customers & inform them of the day & the HOUR during which the delivery will be made & in the 4 orders which they delivered to my home,they were spot on. Another DPD delivery is expected today between 1.0 am & 2.0 am & i've no doubt that it will arrive on time. Any delay will be notified by phone. Here we have a good store,with excellent goods on offer being let down - by their courier service. Maybe a change is in order. Having to wait in for close to 12 hours for a delivery, simply isn't good enough these days.
