would have rated 5 star if it were not for the appalling delivery service by the carrier UPS. Having been advised that the parcel had been delivered at 11:01 on Monday and left at the 'front desk' I emailed UPS to advise that not only had we not received the parcel but we didn't have a front desk. By Wednesday I still hadn't received a response from UPS and eventually discovered from the rugseller that it had been left at the Willersey Store in a village 2 miles away. The parcel was eventually received Friday afternoon. Not amused
