Very pleased with rugs but concerned about the delivery provided by UPS. I got confirmation of next day delivery and knew that I wouldn't be in. I went on to their website and changed to an alternative date. They sent me an email confirmation of the change. However the next day I got an email saying delivery had taken place. There was a card through the door saying the parcel was behind the bins!! I'm not sure how this complies with the email I received from you saying that they would not deliver without a signature. So only six out of 10 because of delivery problems and 0 out of 10 for UPS!!
