Got my rug last week. Love the rug but unfortunately the colour is not a great match with the rest of my room. On Monday I tried to chat online with the rug seller to see if I could change the rug but to date no one has come back to me. So I’m left with the rug as I do not know what to do next. Aftersales seems poor.
