The rug I received from the Rug Seller was very nice which is the only reason I gave 3 stars. I was emailed by the courier company to say the rug would arrive between 9-10 on the Friday so I got someone to stay in. By lunchtime it had still not arrived so I emailed the company as I was at work. I got an email to say the driver had been delayed. I got home at 4 and the rug still had not been delivered. I emailed the company again - no response so I phoned the company and was on hold for 35 minutes to a 0345 number and the call still didn't get answered. I emailed the rug company for help but didn't receive a response til Mon. The courier company website said I wouldn't receive the rug until Monday so I emailed saying no one would be in. Again no response but then I got a text on the Saturday saying the rug would be delivered between 12-1 which to be fair it did but when I looked on the website it said the driver had broken down the day before. All they had to do was tell me but instead I had someone waste their day waiting in and god knows how much money I've spent on that phone call trying to get in touch. Overall it was a bad experience and I wouldn't use this company again which is a shame as the rug itself is lovely.
