It was impossible to order on line and I wasted a lot of time trying. When I phoned I spoke to a very helpful individual who apologised and said they were well aware of the inadequacies of their system and were trying to rectify. All that done I placed my order and it was delivered quickly and efficiently and I am very pleased with my purchase. I would have given a VG but for my on line experience.
