I ordered a rug with a palm leaf pattern on it but when it Arrived it was plain green. Fortunately I really liked the rug and colour so decided to keep it. I did tell them this via their chat line and the girl asked me to send a photo which would not send. I did ring the next day but the chap dealing with it was away. All in all a bit frustrating but the delivery etc was good
