The delivery was very prompt but I was disappointed with the rug, mainly the colour which was very different to the picture on my laptop but also a little bit with the quality. It's a nuisance - and an expense - to have to return it but that's the chance you take ordering something colour-critical on line and they do give a sensible length of time to organise a return courier.
