We ordered a custom sized rug to fit an extra long space. We were given a 12 to 16 week delivery. When the 16 weeks had passed I had to ring The Rug Seller. They did get back to me to apologise that there was a delay and the rug would take an extra few weeks as it was “in transit”. It did arrive within the newly advised timescale and they did ring beforehand to advise the exact delivery date. The rug looks fabulous and fits perfectly. Rating would have been very good but for the delay.
