Brilliant service and communication, everything happened when company said it would.
Delighted with product and would have got 5 stars if they had stated that non slip product to go under rug was ESSENTIAL. Therefore have had to order after delivery of rug and had to pay delivery charges.
With non slip option is perfect, but not happy regarding delivery charge which could have been avoided if products purchased together.
