Buying and delivery was easy and quick and the rug is nice but when it arrived it was very smelly. It smelt very mouldy and damp. I considered returning it but instead cleaned it with carpet cleaner and left it in the garden for a day. It smells much less now and will fade more with time, but was not happy about this. Please check your storage facilities Rug Seller!
