We ordered our Rug online.
Had to chase them twice to get a status update on the Rug as I didn't receive any email notification on what's happening with the order.
Also the delivery company they use was beyond terrible and I ended up having to pick up the rug from a depot myself.
Not sure if I will be recommending or using them again.
