My rug arrived in good time...carefully wrapped. Thank you. However it was not as vibrant and as suitable as I'd hoped and had to be returned. JAMES in your customer service department is probably the BEST person I have EVER had on line dealings with. Quite perfect. He followed through from start to finish, when the courier company failed me , twice. Don't let him leave your co.
