Very helpful, polite and courteous gentleman helped on the phone when my computer screen froze mid order. Sorted in no time at all. very quick delivery, well done. Love the rug - seems good quality for the money; only slight twinge was that the colourway was much more muted in real life, than on the screen, even allowing for colour screen differences. However have decided in the long run this may be better.
