it would have been very good if the delivery tracking system was more obvious. The tracking asks for details ie reference numbers and uses descriptive words with regard to numerical inputs and those descriptive words are not to be found on the order details.
I am not, while typing this,looking at the actual details but it is like ''customer order No.''is that the number required when the tracking asks for ''Reference No''
