Very pleased with my purchase - price was great, speed of service was amazing, packaging was secure. My only negative comment would be that the rug was a lot thinner than I was expecting. It has gone on a laminate floor in our conservatory, but we were surprised how hard it still felt to walk/sit on. We have solved this by buying some carpet underlay to go underneath it, but it would have been helpful to have known we'd need this when we were choosing the rug.
